The resort has 80 rooms, one presidential suite and four luxury cottages that offer great view of evergreen valleys and Affarwat peaks. The interiors of these rooms have been designed using traditional materials where one can get a glimpse of intricate Kashmiri crafts. The rooms also have teak wood floors, embroidered furnishings, walnut paneling, silk carpets from the local hand looms and much more that depicts Kashmir's rich craftsmanship and heritage.

While the premier rooms are build on an area of 386 sq feet, the luxury balcony rooms are of 568 sq feet. The premier rooms have very high windows from where sylvan valleys and white peaks can be seen. The rooms are are not only warm they are vary spacious too.Indigenous crafts have been used for decorating the rooms and all the rooms are luxuriously furnished. The luxury balcony rooms have the added advantage of having a large balcony from where you can enjoy your own time sipping special tea of Kashmir and overlooking the beautiful meadows.

The cottages on the other hand are for those who want to stay at a private hideaway during their holidays in Gulmarg. Cottages are divided in three categories here. Luxury one bedroom cottages, Luxury two bedroom cottages, Presidential cottages each having 648, 1296, 4227 sq feet. Each cottage have big size bedrooms, dressing room, picture window, living room, sunken bathrooms and a balcony too. Two bedroom cottages and presidential cottage also provide the added advantage of a fully equipped kitchen. One can experience the fun of plunging into private pool with a Jacuzzi and also a private garden when booking a presidential suite.
